This is part of an FMV from the original 2D Rayman 2. I found it on the Rayman 2 PS1 disc. According to the data on the disc, the file was made in March 1996. The style matches the one from the 2D Rayman 2, and the area that is shown is also in one of the few pictures we have from it.
It seems to show the invasion of the robo-pirates as it was planned in the 2D prototype of Rayman 2. I have no idea what that limbless rabbit character is or why he gets randomly crushed by a TV and a chair though.
